Not totally sure

I love movies in general, good movies bad movies, krap movies, but what key points makes a movie a B movie. Is it a matter of opinion or what?

    It used to be simply that they were the "B" or second movie at a drive, which in general means low budget.

    Some are great, other suck, some are so bad they are hilarious.
