It's filled with parasitic alien leeches, gore, some steamy tentacles-in-womb alien rape and lots and lots of MEAT in my opinion this was the best movie to come out of 2006, which I guess isn't saying that much - it was the year of the Grudge II, Saw III, and Texas Chainsaw : Who Cares. You know what was so great about it?
